Foras participated Tuesday in a workshop organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO) at the Florida Beach resort in Chekka as part of its continuous efforts to improve its performance.
The workshop featured discussions on the latest trends and perspectives in the job market in addition to the importance of creating partnerships between Foras and  employment agencies.
The major topics of discussions included:
1. A brief overview of the role of employment agencies.
2. The principles of partnerships.
3. The latest trends in the job market.
4. A brief overview of the international standards adopted by employment agencies
5. A brief overview of the administrative and organizational procedures at employment agencies.
