Independence Movement President and reigned MP Michel Moawad tweeted: “Between those conducting smuggling operations in all their forms and undermining Lebanon’s interests and its Arab and international relationships on the one hand, and the those who turn a blind eye on the other, we have either collusion, incapacity or negligence… The Lebanese are paying a steep price, and today it is farmers' and exporters’ turn.
He added: “There is no solution but toppling this clique, comprehensive change, and rebuilding foundations.”
