President of the Independence movement MP Michel Moawad, tweeted: “National industry is a basic need for our economy and its growth. Our industry needs an integrated policy, Through supporting the cost of production, protecting our products, stimulating exports, facilitating administrative transactions, securing subsidized loans and, of course, controlling smuggling and customs evasion”.
