Tweeting on his Twitter account, the president of the ‘Independence Movement’ Michel Moawad wrote:
“Due to negligence and inadvertence, even the blessing of rainwater turns into trouble in Lebanon.”
And he added:
“The government must move fast and offer indemnities for the heavy damages incurred in the various regions of the country, especially in the North and the Zgharta-Zawiyat area.”
