Commenting on US decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, the leader of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad posted on his official Twitter account:
“Jerusalem’s identity cannot be changed by a decision, regardless of who the decision is coming from. What determine a land’s identity are its history and its people.”
