Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad paid tribute to Wissam Al-Hassan, the late head of the Internal Security Forces' Information Branch, on the fourth anniversary of his assassination.
"Wissam Al-Hassan was assassinated because he built a security apparatus that owes no loyalty to foreign powers," Moawad said.
