Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad urged authorities to equip polling stations to accommodate people with special needs.
"It is necessary to equip polling stations to accommodate people with special needs," Moawad said in a twitter post, showing the photo of a woman in a wheelchair being helped by security forces to cast ballots at a polling station in Bekaa.
