The head of the "Independence Movement" MP Michel Moawad stressed that pumping more dollars into the market is a very dangerous decision and will not solve the dollar price crisis, but will increase the foreign currency funneling towards Syria at the expense of depositors' s funds and Lebanon's ability to secure the minimum of its needs. Moawad, in a tweet said: “There is no solution but with radical reforms. Let the government take its responsibilities instead of threatening the future of Lebanon and the Lebanese. ”
