President of the Independence Movement, MP Michel Moawad, paid a visit to the Director General of the General Security, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, in his office this morning and discussed with him the Syrian Refugee file and its repercussions on the general situation in Lebanon.
Moawad's visit to Major General Abbas Ibrahim comes as part of a visit he began of political, spiritual, and other relevant authorities, following the horrific assault of a two-year-old boy in Ehden by a Syrian refugee.
