President of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad tweeted: "The Douma chemical massacre is a further, resounding cry for the world’s conscience to take the necessary measures, punish the Assad regime, and protect the Syrian people from continuous crime.”
He added: "Enough turning a blind eye to the pool of innocent women and children's blood," he said.
