At 12 noon, Saturday, March 17, 2018, the president of the Independence Movement, Michel Moawad and former MP Jawad Boulos will hold a meeting with the main cadres of the Independence Movement in Zgharta and the various Al Zawiyat villages and towns.
After the meeting, Moawad will officially announce his decision regarding his electoral alliances in the 3rd North constituency — which includes the cazas of Zgharta, Batroun, Koura and Bcharre. Moawad will be presenting the background of his decision, and will highlight once more the National and political principles that form the basis of his political action.
