Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad congratulated PM Saad Hariri on a tweet: “Following the designation of PM Saad Hariri to form the new government with the quasi-majority of the MPs, we wish the PM-designate success in forming a cabinet that will materialize the change that all the Lebanese hope from the new mandate.”
