Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad said Thursday Lebanon and its people are suffering from rampant corruption amid a lack of accountability.
"Despite squandering billions of dollars, Lebanon still ranks third worldwide in terms of power rationing. Till when will the Lebanese continue to suffer from this lack of accountability?" Moawad asked in a twitter post.
