Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad criticized the government over its failure to solve the trash crisis after it rejected Tuesday the bid winners for waste collection and management.
"The government is facing a series of scandals and those responsible for rejecting the bid winners should be held accountable for wasting time instead of holding a transparent tender," Moawad tweeted.
