Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad met Wednesday with Internal Security Forces Director Major General Ibrahim Basbous at the ISF directorate headquarters in Beirut.
Moawad, who was accompanied by lawyer Edward Tayyoun, congratulated Basbous on the ISF's 154th anniversary.
