Head of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad wrapped up his visit to Australia Monday after a series of meetings with members of the Lebanese community in Melbourne .
Moawad and a delegation of the Independence Movement attended an honorary lunch banquet at Our Lady of Lebanon church organized by Father Alain Fares.
Moawad was accompanied by head of the Diaspora Affairs department in the Independence Movement Antoine Ibrahim , the movement's coordinator in Australia Assaad Barakat, along with a number of diplomatic and media officials as well as representatives of the March 14 Movement.
