Head of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad published on his Facebook wall an illustration that went viral over the past week, according to L’Orient Le Jour newspaper.
The illustration openly criticizes Hezbollah and the party’s Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah who has repeatedly claimed that “if we had not intervened in Syria, ISIS would have been present in Beirut now.”
The image by Mr. Moawad was photoshopped to convey the opposite message: "We intervened in Syria, now ISIS is in Beirut. Thank you, Hezbollah.”
