BIAT launched a program funded by the European Union in cooperation with Rene Moawad's foundation to coach 20 women in the fields of marketing, accounting, human resources and packaging.
The coaching phase will be followed by an assessment of the skills acquired by the participants in a bid to secure subsidized loans for qualified applicants.
